1st 9 Weeks HuffDash Shopping
The Hawk Shop is going to be open on Friday throughout the day to give all scholars a chance to use their accumulated Hawk Bucks. The times start at 8 and run throughout the day, with each grade level getting 45 minutes. Sign up to help your child's grade, or sign up to help them all!
Hawk Café opening November 18-21!
At the Hawk Cafe, students will get a "taste" of a variety of books, broadening their reading palettes! Mr. Sayen will be curating an amazing menu of award-winning books, but we also welcome you to bring your favorite childhood stories to share—just make sure to check them with Mr. Sayen first! Parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and family friends are all welcome to join us. Even our 5th graders love having someone to read to or with! Just be sure to complete the Voly background check and sign up through the Voly links for the day(s) you're available to volunteer.

Picture Day Volunteers
We need a couple of helpers to make sure our scholars look picture perfect! You'll straighten collars, smooth hair, and generally keep the chaos of photographing 600 children to a manageable level.
Bookfair Preview
We're going swimming in a Sea of Books in our bookfair this year! Help us staff the preview Friday, November 22!
Workroom Volunteers
Do you have an affinity for copiers and stapling? Then we have a volunteer opportunity for you! Join the Huffman Hawk Workroom Wednesdays! Click the Signup Genius below to volunteer to support our teachers and staff by manning the workroom for a few hours each week. There are two shifts on Wednesdays, mornings and afternoons. Once you sign up you will receive additional instructions.
Pop Up Hawk Shop
The Hawk Shop is going to be Popping up at Huffman this semester. In order for this to happen we need YOUR help! SHHHH the pop up Hawk Shop days are going to be a surprise. One SECRET morning a week the Hawk Shop will open so that our Hawks can shop. This is to help encourage positive behaviors and coming to school on time!
As a volunteer you sign up for a week and then choose one day that week that you want the store to be open. Your wish, is our command. Mr. Sayen will have everything ready for you. You just have to sell the goods and clean up at the end!
