PTA Membership Dates – 7/1/2021 – 6/30/2022

 

PTA Membership Cost – $12 for parents, $10 for students and staff

 

Why Join? The Huffman PTA funds many enrichment activities.  To support those activities and to have a voice in which ones are chosen, you need to be a voting member of the PTA. The PTA members raise the money and only members can decide how it’s spent.  More PTA members allow us to do more things to impact our school and community in a positive manner.

 

What’s involved?  As little or as much as you want!  We email a monthly newsletter to anyone who would like it.  The Board meets monthly and we have 3-4 General PTA meetings throughout the year.  We have PTA Chair positions available as well as Grade Level Coordinators and Room Moms.  Additionally there are opportunities throughout the year to volunteer, with Field Day, Book Fair, Special Events, and more.  Both PTA members and non-PTA members are welcome to volunteer!
