Drama Kids
Class Description:
Students work together on structured improvisations, group activities, speech, creative movement activities, theater games, and more. We provide a fun and fast-paced environment that teaches valuable academic and social skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and public speaking.

Dynasty Dance Academy
After school dance is an imaginative dance class for kids! This class will introduce beginning level students to the basics of Ballet, Jazz, and Hip-Hop in a fun, imaginative, and engaging way! Each week your dancer will complete a fun warm-up, signature DDA choreography, with special emphasis on themed curriculum and performance skills. Dance attire is required. This 6 hour series is offered via zoom one day a week. Register before September 3rd to receive a DDA Swag gift in the mail.

Little Med School: Becoming a Doctor At Home
Class Description: The Little Medical School brings medicine, science, and the importance of health to children in an engaging and fun way. Join us in an interactive virtual camp to learn more about being a doctor. Topics include learning how to use a stethoscope, basic anatomy, first aid, hand washing, nutrition, etc. Children will receive their own mesh white coat, stethoscope, activity sheets, and first aid kit. The cost is $100.00 per child and includes interactive classes, materials, and delivery. Recommended ages: 5-12 years. Younger participants will need parental assistance.

PSLChess
Class Description: The PSL Chess online program empowers our learners and strengthens their problem-solving skills with a curriculum designed to challenge all ages and levels of chess development. We emphasize chess fundamentals and good sportsmanship. PSL Chess students gain tools from their chess playing that positively impact their academic performance. This award-winning club keeps chess learning fresh, fun, and engaging!

SkyHawks
As we approach Fall 2020, we know that many school districts are starting the school year in either full distance learning or hybrid virtual/in-person learning. In response, Skyhawks is continuing its virtual programming series with strategic class times that meet the varying needs and schedules of families. Our virtual offerings are intended to compliment (not replace) our in-person classes and provide options for families seeking additional opportunities to keep their kids active and learning. Many options available such as multi sport, soccer, PhysEd Fun and Baseball!

The PISD Education Foundation hosts a yearly fundraiser to benefit programs and initiatives that support students, families, employees, and classrooms.
