One of our favorite things to do each year is to celebrate people who have made an incredible impact on our school and our community. This year we're proud to honor the following individuals!

Jamie Tucker embodies what it means to be an IB teacher. Inquiry-based learning comes alive in her classroom, and she is always looking for ways to collaborate, innovate, and encourage every child to grow.

Ciara Jones shapes the lives of Huffman's youngest learners with unwavering kindness, patience, and dedication. Her commitment to early childhood education make her an invaluable part of our school family.

Every PTA wishes they had a Dana Palacios. She is a dedicated advocate, fearless doer, and a true champion for our students, staff, and families. We are incredibly grateful for her years of service, especially the past two as our president.

Kelsey Plichta doesn't just participate—she leads with heart, determination, and a deep commitment to our school's mission. Her hard work on our PTA board in multiple roles will leave a lasting impact.

Luza Acevedo served on the PTA board with dedication, passion, and a deep commitment to making a difference. As a tireless advocate for the special education community, she works to ensure every student and family feels heard, supported, and included.
