There are SO many ways to stay connected, especially in our virtual world.  The school has Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and PTA has our Facebook page.  We also have a Huffman Community Group that is such a great way to chat with Huffman parents and teachers.  Throughout the year we will be highlighting even more ways our PTA Connects our Community!

When you join the Huffman PTA for the first time or renew your membership for the 2020-2021 school year, you are helping to provide enrichment programming and events for EVERY single student at Huffman Elementary. Our goal is 100% participation from our Huffman community to ensure EVERY student has a voice and to help EVERY child develop the confidence to become a great student, citizen, and leader. We encourage parents, grandparents, students, staff, and community members to join the Huffman PTA.  Your membership and support makes us stronger as a community. 

If you join the Huffman PTA, it does not mean you must volunteer.  By joining the Huffman PTA, you are simply showing your support for extra programming and events serving Huffman students and families.  We hope to have you join us this year!

As you may have learned, the PTA website isn't super mobile friendly, but luckily there is an app for that!  Download the Membership Toolkit App and use the same login as the website to access the calendar, directory, spirit wear shop, newsletters, and more!

We have some super fun afterschool options for you this fall!  These are all programs we have hosted before, so they are sure to be a hit with Huffman students once again.  See our Programs page for all the details! 

Although volunteers aren't able to help in the building for now, there are still opportunities to serve!  We have need for some PTA chairs as well as Grade Level Coordinators.  Any volunteers will need to complete the Volunteer Application through Plano ISD.  See our Volunteers page for more info!

Did you know we have kids' Huffman Hawks masks for sale?  All spirit gear (shirts, hoodies, yard signs, decals, and masks) must be ordered through our website.  Orders can be made at any time and will be delivered to the school or can be picked up.  School Supplies also need to be ordered through the website, but don't wait too long, as extras will be sent back to the supplier in October.
